Firstly, keep the following things in mind when sharing your final video:

• File format: Always save your videos in .Mp4 format! It’s compatible with every Operating System, and you ensure everyone is able to view your video.

• Be mindful of file sizes. Reducing file size of your video can also reduce of readability/engagement

​​

• Tools to help share large file sizes (without maxing the recipient’s inbox space!)

  • WeTransfer (2GB maximum transfer for free)

  • Dropbox

  • Google Drive

  • Upload it in YouTube as a private video and share the link

After you sort out the technical part, remember that everything communicates. So why not make the sharing part of the experience? Rather than just an email with a link, why not write part of the story in that email, with the video presentation as a change of Acts? Or make it more like a game? Or sharing a video with a link to the video?

The possibilities are infinite!
